Implementation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish customer accounts within PAR OPS Insights & Delivery products and services, specifically +Recovery and Delivery.

• Guide customers through the setup requirements via Teams calls, phone, or email.

• Finalize configuration and validation processes.

• Track progress towards completion and follow up as needed.

• Train customers on how to access, navigate, and utilize +Recovery and Delivery products.

• Maintain tracking and reporting systems such as spreadsheets, Salesforce, or Cloud Coach.

• Facilitate handoffs for Delivery Finance customers to the Product team.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using SQL queries and other software tools.

• Offer feedback regarding process improvements.

• Assist with special projects or additional customer setups as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, or an equivalent role.

• Preferred experience in supporting or implementing software products for external customers.

• Comfortable using technical tools and troubleshooting techniques, including SQL queries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present technical information clearly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the adaptability to modify strategies as required.

• Self-motivated with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
