Implementation Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the onboarding and training process for new dispensary clients launching on Dutchie.

• Assist clients in configuration, best practices, and understanding product fundamentals for all core offerings.

• Oversee the submission and release of white-label mobile applications via App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including addressing rejections and suspensions.

• Simplify complex technical ideas into straightforward, actionable steps for non-technical users.

• Manage project timelines and customer records using Salesforce.

• Work collaboratively across Sales, Support, and Customer Success Management to proactively address potential issues.

• Gather client feedback and trends to guide product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing technical position, such as SaaS implementation, POS, account management, or solutions engineering.

• Excellent communication skills: articulate, empathetic, and polished in phone, email, and video interactions.

• Highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects at various stages.

• Comfortable navigating developer portals (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase) without needing to write code.

• Quick to learn new platforms and industries.

• Team-oriented yet fully capable of managing tasks independently.

• AI Mindset: You leverage AI beyond emails, automating intricate workflows and experimenting with innovative methodologies to enhance team efficiency.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus; experience in the cannabis sector or with METRC/BioTrack is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel within the United States.

• Experience in retail cannabis or dispensary operations.

• PMP Certification.

• Experience with METRC or BioTrack.

• Familiarity with Looker or other BI tools.
