Implementation Specialist, Variable Ops Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements to facilitate solution development.

• Document existing and future business processes, workflows, and system interactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint challenges and propose areas for enhancement.

• Engage in system configuration, testing, and user acceptance activities.

• Aid in the creation of user documentation, process flows, and training materials.

• Maintain project deliverables and help track milestones and timelines.

• Conduct basic data analysis to support solution design and ensure post-implementation success.

⛳️ Requirements

• This position requires 90% travel.

• 2-4 years of experience in implementing Automotive Fixed (Parts & Service) software.

• Preference for candidates located in Calgary.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Basic proficiency with process mapping tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, or PSA tools is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Eagerness to learn project delivery methodologies and enterprise business platforms.
