Implementation Specialist – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide high-quality training for all Censis applications to facility staff and management both in-person and virtually.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Censis SaaS product suite, which includes CensiTrac, LoanerLink, ScopeTrac, and CensiTrac Analytics Modules.

• Formulate implementation strategies and assess installation challenges.

• Educate clients about all features and advantages of Censis products.

• Conduct demonstrations and in-service training at client locations and online.

• Complete training checklists, daily reports, and implementation documentation.

• Engage in software upgrade training sessions.

• Recognize installation issues, software defects, and required software adjustments for Product Development.

• Support hardware installation and uninstallation during operational readiness validations.

• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation training process.

• Maintain expertise in hardware installation and troubleshooting for PCs, printers, label printers, scanners, PDAs, and associated equipment.

• Stay updated on new features for all Censis products.

• Create container definitions with meticulous attention to detail.

• Utilize electrochemical and laser marking technologies to mark, identify, and commission instruments.

• Prepare customer count-sheet data for upload using Adobe, Word, and Excel.

• Provide internal support to various departments and carry out additional assigned responsibilities.

• Pursue CCSVP certification if not already certified as a sterile processing professional.

• Complete annual performance reviews and set performance/development objectives.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Ability to physically lift up to 25 lbs when assisting with hardware installation/uninstallation.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%, including weekly travel to various facilities from Monday to Friday.

• May be required to work during weekends or overnight shifts.

• Preferred: Certification in Sterile Processing.

• Preferred: Experience in implementing systems within healthcare settings.

• Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in Sterile Processing or healthcare, with knowledge of surgical instruments nomenclature.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other project management software.
