Enterprise Implementation Consultant – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist public-sector enterprise customers in implementing and embracing Samsara’s IoT solutions.

• Cultivate customer relationships and guarantee effective solution deployments.

• Oversee technology deployments for large-scale clients and expedite the time to value.

• Develop launch strategies and roadmaps to enhance product utilization.

• Monitor implementation advancement, participation levels, product adoption, and account well-being.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase Samsara technology to both executives and everyday users.

• Handle multiple customer interactions concurrently.

• Work collaboratively across various departments, including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.

• Provide mentorship to the broader Customer Success and Support teams.

• Articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to a wide range of customers.

• Advocate for Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting position.

• Background in supporting or engaging with technical products.

• Excellent priority management skills along with high emotional intelligence.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and software users.

• Ability to take initiative and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exhibit diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Candidates must be residing in the US, excluding Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.
