Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Convert raw utility and geospatial data into precise digital twin models of electricity networks.

• Assist in the complete deployment of the Neara platform for utility clients globally.

• Ingest and manage extensive LiDAR, GIS, and asset database datasets.

• Configure models using Neara’s schema language and configuration framework.

• Conduct thorough QA/QC to confirm that digital twins accurately represent real-world physics and customer requirements.

• Create tailored reports and dashboards within the platform for utility engineers.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance processes and tools.

• Contribute to accelerating future deployments and automating essential deployment processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a similar capacity.

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as SQL, Python, or an equivalent.

• Proven capability to learn a new programming language and master a schema language.

• Experience in data manipulation and report generation.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Experience in contributing to internal knowledge bases and creating external user manuals.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical configurations to diverse audiences in fluent English.

• A background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with GIS, CAD geoprocessing, or LiDAR data is advantageous.

• Ability to analyze complex data discrepancies and systematically reconfigure models to guarantee 100% accuracy.
