Implementation Manager – Grants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients during the onboarding process.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings and collect business processes and requirements.

• Advise clients on best practices for the implementation and configuration of SaaS products.

• Execute project management tasks, which include scope management, effective communication, risk and opportunity assessment, and change-management support.

• Tailor system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client needs while minimizing custom modifications.

• Utilize Excel to prepare data and conduct initial data uploads.

• Write basic scripts as needed.

• Create ad hoc reports for clients.

• Work in collaboration with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support teams.

• Assist in the transition from sales to product adoption.

• Design and deliver training sessions for clients.

• Generate and maintain implementation documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles.

• Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate implementation challenges.

• Contribute to enhancements in implementation processes and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a client-facing implementation role, ideally within the SaaS sector.

• In-depth knowledge of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to lead in a workshop setting.

• Technical proficiency and the capacity to swiftly learn and navigate new software applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High proficiency in Excel is advantageous.

• Experience in designing and documenting reports from relational databases is a considerable advantage.

• Skills in authoring reports using SSRS or PowerBI are a significant plus.

• Background in CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, especially in GovTech, is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana, or similar project tracking and time management tools is an advantage.

• Availability to work part-time hours.

• Equivalent practical experience may be accepted in place of a bachelor's degree.
