Implementation Specialist, Nursing Health Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, direct, and track several intricate projects from the sales phase to implementation.

• Provide updates on project status until completion.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project alignment and execution.

• Manage project delivery to meet objectives while balancing timelines, quality, and resources.

• Organize meetings, gather feedback, set expectations, and facilitate decision-making.

• Liaise with Product and Support Teams regarding customer concerns and training needs.

• Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Create and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk management logs.

• Ensure deliverables and tasks align with the organization's vision and strategy.

• Negotiate with stakeholders and decision-makers concerning customer impact and resource distribution.

• Evaluate and enhance processes for greater operational efficiency.

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct evaluations post-project and provide ongoing assistance.

• Design workflows and processes that transform concepts into actionable plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or a related field.

• Previous experience with project management tools is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, and Confluence.

• Skills in project delivery, including planning, milestone achievement, resource management, status reporting, risk management, and handling multiple projects.

• Strong organization and project planning abilities, along with effective time and communication management skills across various functional teams and departments.

• Experience in assisting teams with identifying, researching, and coordinating resources to troubleshoot or resolve complex project challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for engaging with senior leadership and clients.
