Implementation Specialist, Nursing Health Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and supervise multiple intricate projects from Sales through Implementation until completion.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Deliver projects within established objectives, balancing time to market, quality, and resource availability.

• Organize meetings to collect input, align expectations, and facilitate decision-making.

• Communicate with Product and Support Teams regarding customer concerns and training needs.

• Monitor and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.

• Create and sustain project plans, documentation, and risk logs.

• Ensure alignment of deliverables and tasks with the overarching vision and strategy.

• Negotiate with stakeholders and decision-makers concerning customer impact and resource distribution.

• Evaluate and enhance processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships while managing expectations.

• Perform post-project assessments and provide continuous support.

• Establish efficient workflows and processes to transform ideas into actionable plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience with project management tools is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, Teams, Miro, and Confluence.

• Skills in project delivery, including planning, milestone achievement, resource management, status updates, risk management, and handling multiple projects.

• Strong organizational, project planning, time management, and communication skills across various functional groups and departments.

• Experience in assisting teams with identifying, researching, and coordinating resources to troubleshoot or resolve complex project challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suitable for senior leadership and clients.
