Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in customer implementations from the initial discovery phase to the go-live stage.

• Collect and document business needs, workflows, and design solutions.

• Set up customer environments and carry out data validation tasks.

• Implement testing plans and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation.

• Provide training to customers and support user adoption efforts.

• Analyze customer data, ensuring the accuracy of calculations and implementation outcomes.

• Write and execute SQL queries to aid in implementations and troubleshooting tasks.

• Support system integrations, data exchanges, and configuration activities.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve technical challenges and enhance the implementation process.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey.

• Lead customer meetings and offer regular updates on project status.

• Address customer inquiries and coordinate the resolution of issues.

• Develop documentation and implementation guides for customer use.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure successful customer implementations.

• Provide feedback to enhance implementation methods, documentation, and customer experience.

• Promote ongoing improvements in implementation processes and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in software implementation, professional services, business analysis, systems integration, or solution delivery.

• Proficient in gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.

• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple customer implementations concurrently.

• Experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases. (Preferred)

• Understanding of North American ISO/RTO markets. (Preferred)

• Background in implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions. (Preferred)

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. (Preferred)
