This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Travel to clinical locations to spearhead pre-launch preparations prior to the commencement of each skills lab.
• Verify logistics, materials, and overall site readiness in collaboration with site leadership.
• Identify and onboard clinical coordinators on the client side at new locations.
• Arrange preceptor onboarding and ensure the timely shipment of materials before students arrive.
• Increase travel frequency during the clinical scrubs phase and address ad hoc site requests.
• Foster trusting relationships with students throughout their clinical rotations.
• Provide support for students during clinical remediation.
• Monitor cohort advancement in relation to the clinical timeline and identify at-risk students.
• Act as the main point of contact for client-side clinical coordinators and preceptors.
• Conduct onboarding for preceptors through either in-person or virtual sessions.
• Follow up with preceptors and students to finalize evaluations.
• Manage biweekly check-ins with on-site coordinators.
• Deliver presentations to clinical coordinators, preceptors, and hospital staff.
• Support relationships with OR/division directors at the hospital level across multi-site accounts.
• Address or escalate client concerns and manage de-escalation as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and Customer Success teams to organize client outreach.
• Active NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or NCCT TS-C certification; or a nurse/OR professional with significant hands-on operating room experience; or an associate's or nursing degree with first-assist experience.
• Proficient in independently presenting to clinical coordinators, preceptors, and hospital staff on the client side.
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring cohort or program progress and proactively identifying at-risk students or sites.
• Proven experience in managing the logistics of an in-person program, including skills lab setup, materials, and scheduling.
• Willingness to travel to clinical sites on a regular basis — more than 50% of the time.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a rapidly growing organization and contribute to building processes from an incomplete playbook.
• Experience in EdTech or online/hybrid healthcare training environments is advantageous.
• Background in a healthcare training, apprenticeship, or externship placement setting is beneficial.
• Dual certification in surgical technology and sterile processing is a plus.
