Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the onboarding process for new customers on the Campspot software platform.

• Oversee project management, technical support, and training initiatives.

• Aid in the initial customer setup process.

• Facilitate significant setup modifications and enhancements.

• Engage with customers and internal teams effectively.

• Ensure adherence to deadlines and help maintain accountability among team members.

• Address implementation challenges and customer-related issues.

• Handle multiple, simultaneous, and competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Capable of effectively and efficiently resolving problems of varying complexity.

• Skilled in managing multiple, simultaneous, and competing priorities.

• Availability for some evening hours during weekdays.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• Preferred: 1 to 3 years of experience in software sales, account management, onboarding, training, or technical support.

• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.

• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation Software (PSA).

• Must reside within the United States or in one of the specified eligible states; candidates outside the US or the listed states are not eligible.
