This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Extract relevant data from customer documentation and convert it into precise system configurations that facilitate payments to designated recipients.

• Analyze and interpret global customer documentation pertaining to study activities, including contracts, budgets, amendments, informed consent forms (ICFs), and templates.

• Identify potential quality risks or areas needing improvement to enhance the experience of customers, sites, and patients.

• Extract and configure customer data into relevant study activities from source documents.

• Collaborate with business partners to confirm the interpretation of study requirements.

• Adhere to auditing and monitoring checklists and procedures.

• Achieve internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet customer-driven Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Engage in internal and external calls concerning study implementation and intricate configuration issues.

• Consult with customers and Client Delivery colleagues to troubleshoot problems and adhere to best practices.

• Contribute to internal process documentation to ensure consistent, best-practice study configurations.

• Work alongside Product and IT teams to identify platform improvements.

• Assist Client Delivery in fostering positive relationships with customers.

• Undertake additional duties, assignments, and special projects as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in the pharmaceutical or Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry, with a preference for contract management-related experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

• Strong attention to detail is required.

• Capability to analyze the key components of clinical trial financial documents and recognize payable activities.

• Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent writing skills are necessary.

• A quality-focused and risk-mitigating mindset is essential to achieve the best experience for clients, sites, and patients.

• Must possess outstanding analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional time management skills are required to accommodate shifting priorities and meet key client deliverables.
