Enterprise Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous implementation projects from initiation to project completion.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure an excellent client experience.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure timely delivery of implementation phases and support the long-term success of clients.

• Facilitate scoping and discovery sessions.

• Gather and document business requirements effectively.

• Configure ServiceTitan environments to align with client needs and industry best practices.

• Provide training to clients on software functionalities.

• Develop tailored training materials for specific client workflows.

• Ensure that clients adhere to ServiceTitan standards and recommendations.

• Identify and escalate any implementation risks as necessary.

• Work together with product teams, leadership, and the Delivery Manager to devise solutions.

• Collaborate with data, training, and product teams to adhere to project timelines.

• Keep updated on new and upcoming functionalities of ServiceTitan.

• Travel to client sites 20–30% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of five years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles, project management, technology/SaaS implementation, and/or experience in the home services industry.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to successful completion while documenting thoroughly.

• Capacity to anticipate challenges and proactively resolve roadblocks and issues.

• Outstanding skills in client relationship management.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative solutions.

• Take ownership of project-plan tasks to assist clients effectively.

• Familiarity with Excel and SmartSheet is advantageous but not mandatory.
