Enterprise Core Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate enhancements in safety, efficiency, and sustainability for customers through Samsara’s IoT platform.

• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for large-scale clients.

• Develop launch strategies and roadmaps to boost product engagement.

• Monitor progress on implementation, participation metrics, product adoption rates, and account health.

• Conduct training sessions and showcase the capabilities of Samsara’s technology.

• Address challenges faced by executives and daily system users across various use cases.

• Handle multiple customer projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.

• Provide mentorship to the broader Customer Success and Support teams.

• Articulate the features and benefits of the Samsara platform to customers.

• Advocate for and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior role within Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.

• Preferred experience in Enterprise SaaS.

• Familiarity with supporting or working on technical products.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Strong consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.

• Demonstrated capacity to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and software users.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Possess diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.

• Experience in providing support for large-scale business solutions within Fortune 500 companies is preferred.

• Must be able to secure and maintain the legal right to work at Samsara and in the designated work location.
