Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and scalably implement use cases in accordance with the proposed solution design.

• Utilize AI to enhance processes and maintain high standards of implementation quality.

• Deliver project scope within established timelines for US-based clients while providing support from Colombia.

• Execute planned project hours and report any deviations to the Project Manager.

• Ensure the stabilization of implementation logic.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support implemented processes.

• Complete and hand off delivery documentation to client end users for use case delivery.

• Engage directly with clients and assist in implementations related to operational, accounting, and financial reconciliations.

• Regularly travel to client sites in the US.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in AI and automation, with the capability to integrate AI solutions into client implementations.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Exceptional mathematical logic skills; an entrance test is mandatory.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and align them with Simetrik’s best practices.

• Strong communication skills tailored to diverse client profiles.

• Excellent collaboration abilities across internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a self-motivated, proactive approach.

• Capable of researching, proposing solutions, and guiding end users through configuration processes.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to the US.

• Native or fluent English proficiency is required.

• Possession of a valid US Visa for the next 3 years.

• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a comparable role.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with reconciliation processes and knowledge of SQL/database logic is a plus.

• Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous.

• Knowledge of VB or Python is a plus.
