Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding process for new hospitals as the project manager, overseeing timelines and deliverables.

• Collaborate with Hospital Success Managers to co-manage rollouts.

• Provide training sessions for veterinary hospital teams on care-plan workflows.

• Oversee scheduling, resource distribution, and communication channels.

• Verify readiness milestones prior to the go-live phase.

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and hospital personnel.

• Perform readiness evaluations of integrations, configurations, and systems.

• Work with Engineering, clients, and Support to address outstanding requirements.

• Record technical and logistical approvals for handover.

• Assist in transitioning to the ongoing support team.

• Share post-launch insights with Product, Engineering, and Hospital Success to enhance implementation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation, operations, or project management.

• Proven experience in training or empowering client-facing teams.

• Capacity to manage logistics across various stakeholders and ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Strong organizational abilities with a history of meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.

• Exceptional communication skills with both internal teams and hospital personnel.

• Familiarity with veterinary practice workflows or healthcare systems is advantageous.

• Experience in a startup environment is preferred.

• Understanding of CRM database workflows.
