Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, guiding them through a successful end-to-end onboarding process.

• Collaborate with Filing Services and Customer Success Managers to facilitate smooth transitions for partners and provide a consistent client experience.

• Oversee site configurations and data imports utilizing InsCipher portal functions and workflow logic.

• Manage implementation timelines, monitor milestones, and keep all stakeholders updated.

• Utilize knowledge of surplus lines insurance, tax filing requirements, and state-specific regulations to assist clients and support implementation decisions.

• Aid in client outreach and the collection of necessary state information.

• Provide guidance to clients regarding changes in state requirements as necessary.

• Enhance post-implementation Net Promoter Scores and achieve implementation KPIs.

• Work autonomously, take initiative, and engage in cross-functional collaboration.

• Execute additional tasks as requested, directed, or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a client-facing implementation or support role.

• Preferred knowledge of surplus lines tax filing, compliance, or general insurance.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple implementations concurrently.

• Experience with CRM tools and client-facing support ticketing software is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships in a professional and clear manner.

• Ability to work independently in a supported environment while fostering collaboration across teams.
