This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Assist in the implementation of financial services solutions, guiding projects from initial intake to delivery, along with short-term post-production support.
• Collect and document client configuration requirements and business processes.
• Customize solution components to fit client workflows and operational requirements.
• Aid in data migration by facilitating the transfer of existing client data to the new system.
• Evaluate upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, and code fixes to ensure production readiness.
• Create and implement test plans and schedules aligned with implementation milestones.
• Organize both internal and external project meetings, provide status updates, and monitor issues, impacts, and dependencies.
• Develop documentation for processes and procedures related to product and feature functionalities.
• Assist in change management activities throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, coordinate activities, and prepare clients for production readiness.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting software, technology, or financial services implementations, client onboarding, or project delivery activities.
• At least 3 years of experience in gathering business requirements, assisting with client configurations, testing system changes, and managing cross-functional implementation tasks.
• Proficient in using structured test plans, issue tracking, and process documentation to enhance implementation quality and adhere to delivery timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading project meetings and providing updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or fintech platforms.
• Familiarity with data migration, production readiness activities, or post-production support.
• Participation in change management and client training initiatives is preferred.
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
