This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Provide support to Enterprise Groups and Partnership Groups from the trial phase through 30 days after signup.
• Assist in the onboarding and launch coordination for new groups and partner relationships.
• Help in developing and managing implementation plans, timelines, checklists, and rollout activities.
• Coordinate efforts among administrators, champions, partner contacts, and internal teams.
• Conduct onboarding sessions, user training, admin training, and webinar-based rollouts.
• Facilitate pilot setup, pilot coordination, and the transition from pilot to broader rollout.
• Aid with admin setup, launch readiness, and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Take ownership of follow-up during the initial 30 days post-signup to enhance activation, participation, and early adoption.
• Support customer- and partner-facing demonstrations, onsite sessions, conferences, and group events.
• Collaborate closely with Partnerships on launch, training, and engagement initiatives for universities, associations, and other partner groups.
• Identify qualified leads, upsell signals, or commercial opportunities for the Sales team.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable playbooks, onboarding processes, and scalable implementation best practices.
• Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, account support, project coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in leading webinars and training sessions.
• Capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure projects progress smoothly.
• Comfort in a role that supports revenue generation without directly handling commercial closures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
