This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee all facets of the implementation process.
• Collect project requirements, develop and maintain project plans, identify risks, address issues, and establish and adhere to deadlines.
• Effectively communicate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed without affecting project timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings and training sessions both onsite and virtually.
• Document meeting notes, project plans, key milestone dates, and other project tracking materials.
• Notify internal stakeholders of account relationship or project issues that need escalation.
• Assist customers in adopting platform features and best practices.
• Partner with Account Managers to support client business reviews and explore expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal support teams to address daily customer support inquiries.
• Collaborate with Implementation management and colleagues to enhance implementation processes, timeliness, and quality.
• Provide product support and customer training for gift card-related products and services.
• Promote new and/or additional revenue opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software, tools, and methodologies.
• Preferred knowledge of web applications and web design.
• General IT understanding of systems, software/hardware, and telecommunications terminology is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong personal organization skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Must be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple assignments promptly and effectively.
• Ability to thoroughly learn SVS products and engage in a consultative approach with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of thinking creatively and being action-oriented.
• Proven ability to remain composed in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential, with the capacity to respond quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues.
