Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial contact for new CAS clients.

• Assist US accounting firms and businesses throughout the implementation process.

• Conduct onboarding calls to clarify the CAS workflow.

• Ensure that setup and account information is complete and accurate.

• Collaborate with sales and placement teams to identify early issues.

• Follow up with clients during their initial months and address any inquiries.

• Aid clients in quickly realizing value and building trust in the partnership.

• Foster strong client retention following implementation.

• Develop guides, videos, and up-to-date onboarding documentation.

• Gather client feedback and identify pain points for service enhancement.

• Document best practices and refine internal workflows.

• Adhere to onboarding quality, security, privacy, MFA, and least-privilege practices.

• Collaborate using Slack, Zoom, shared task boards, and review cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, or a strong background in a related field with evident enthusiasm and aptitude.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as client services, onboarding, or customer success.

• Proficient in written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach.

• Interest in process enhancement, documentation, and operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

• Well-organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple onboardings simultaneously.

• Comfortable working from home during US business hours (or overlapping hours).

• Full-time commitment; must not engage in other part-time or freelance work upon hiring.

• Required to provide employment verification and appropriate clearance/background documentation.

• Must comply with reference checks and company monitoring practices using ActivTrak.

• Availability and willingness to work a shift aligned with U.S. time zones.

• Submission of an English resume/CV or LinkedIn profile is required.
