Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the integration of T2’s products into customer operations.

• Provide guidance to customers on product development, design, specifications, testing, and implementation.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding business functionality throughout the implementation process.

• Analyze customer workflows, decision-making processes, business goals, parking operations, procedures, and technology frameworks.

• Create and maintain business and functional specifications while developing project operational designs.

• Translate customer business and technical needs into system configuration recommendations.

• Offer advice to customers and T2 personnel on resolving complex technical implementation issues.

• Direct project planning and systems-integration implementation across various departments.

• Coordinate installations, relocations, or modifications involving T2 and customer teams.

• Manage change control, identify and resolve system issues, and execute production corrections.

• Produce internal and external implementation and production documentation, including process flows and procedures.

• Provide software installation assistance and training for both groups and individuals.

• Supervise multiple system installations and projects concurrently.

• Evaluate external systems, databases, and data import/export capabilities for conversion specifications and interface planning.

• Engage in user-group conferences and trade shows, including breakout sessions and providing technical guidance to customers.

• Contribute to the development of product documentation, conduct product testing, investigate bugs, and provide input for product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science/technology, or a related field; along with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive technical experience and knowledge required.

• Strong project management and organizational skills are necessary.

• Experience in delivering technical training is preferred.

• Previous experience in software implementation is preferred.

• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.

• In-depth knowledge of T2’s software products, services, and processes is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Proven ability to learn and implement new software systems.

• Familiarity with relational databases is important.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Crystal Reports is preferred.

• Knowledge of the parking industry is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business, professional, and technical documents.

• Ability to compose presentations, reports, proposals, and correspondence.

• Skilled in effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from prospects, customers, management, and staff.

• Capable of resolving practical problems and managing a variety of variables.

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks and negotiating priorities with end users.

• Ability to work under deadline pressure and extend hours as necessary.

• Effective in working independently.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
