Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Coordinate meetings with clients following the sale of Club Caddie software and facilitate the collection of necessary data and information to set up purchased systems.

• Develop and oversee a project plan for each client, outlining the tasks essential for timely software installation.

• Manage client communications throughout the software implementation process to gather feedback and secure approval.

• Customize Club Caddie software systems based on the unique requirements and specifications of each client.

• Provide training for clients on Club Caddie software systems and associated add-on modules.

• Generate a tailored document for each client that outlines the customizations implemented.

• Oversee key deliverables and project milestones.

• Offer cost and time estimates for additional development tasks and invoice clients for professional services rendered.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with Club Caddie is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Prior experience as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar role is necessary.

• In-depth knowledge of golf course operations and management systems.

• Familiarity with the functionality of competing software.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course operations.

• Strong technical acumen.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or similar tools.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective non-verbal communication and presentation capabilities.
