This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Configure and personalize Alkami software products based on implementation requirements and customer-specific settings.
• Coordinate tasks related to configuration, issue tracking, vendor communications, and project communications among customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in customer onboarding, live-client implementations, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Guide customers through testing procedures and ensure configurations meet project milestones and operational readiness standards.
• Conduct functional and integration testing, document results, and identify issues that require follow-up or escalation.
• Troubleshoot configuration and usability problems, resolving routine technical issues and escalating more complex challenges.
• Gather and validate configuration data from customers and third-party vendors.
• Engage in customer and vendor meetings, providing updates on implementation and progress in resolving issues.
• Monitor configuration activities, testing milestones, issue resolutions, project dependencies, and associated risks.
• Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation, which includes configuration specifics, testing results, issue logs, communications, and process updates.
• Assist with project billing by tracking additional sales, billable activities, and invoicing details.
• Cultivate expertise in Alkami Treasury Management products, which encompass ACH, positive pay, integrations, implementation procedures, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with implementation, support, and product teams to address customer feedback, challenges, and operational enhancements.
• Manage various implementation priorities across simultaneous customer engagements.
• Adhere to implementation standards, operational procedures, quality expectations, and customer service practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through enhancements in processes, workflows, and documentation.
• Support designated product or functional ownership areas to enhance delivery consistency.
• 1–3 years of experience in supporting software implementations, customer onboarding initiatives, configuration management, testing activities, or technical support operations in SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or similar environments.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting software implementations, customer onboarding activities, or technical configuration tasks.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in troubleshooting routine configuration and usability issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and implementation timelines concurrently.
• Experience in conducting functional or integration testing activities and documenting results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project, ticket, testing, or documentation tools utilized for managing implementation workflows and team collaboration.
• Candidates must be eligible for full-time employment in the US.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking implementation projects, especially within Treasury Management.
• Preferred: Familiarity with user acceptance testing, software deployment, or onboarding methodologies.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar issue tracking and collaboration platforms.
• Preferred: Experience in billing coordination or project-related invoicing activities.
• Preferred: Exposure to APIs, integrations, or technical implementation concepts.
• Preferred: Experience in contributing to process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.
