Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the ACES platform for clients under the guidance of the Senior Implementation Specialist or Implementation Director.

• Help map client workflows and configure the ACES system to fit clients' business operations.

• Provide training and support to client users following implementation.

• Carry out implementation strategies, monitor project milestones, and ensure accurate project documentation is maintained.

• Support the Implementation team with tasks related to current implementations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on enhancements to the ACES platform and address potential issues.

• Work together on special projects and technology initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage origination, servicing, or consumer banking is required.

• Preferred 1–3 years of experience with the ACES platform in either an administrator or reporting capacity.

• Strong knowledge of the ACES Quality Management platform (ACES™) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Black Knight MSP™, Encompass®, or similar core banking software is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence is preferred.

• Experience with BI or reporting tools is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong work ethic and a sense of personal responsibility.

• Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with change; capable of managing complexity and meeting time-sensitive deadlines.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and sound judgment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clearly to both client and internal audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop proficiency with new tools and platform features.

• Willingness to travel 0%–5% as necessary.
