Implementation Consultant – School Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee data migration initiatives for academy trusts.

• Transfer, standardize, and cleanse curriculum planning data from current systems into IMP’s central planning tool, primarily utilizing Excel.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.

• Assess the curriculum planning methods employed at each school and synchronize them with IMP’s practices and the needs of the customers.

• Determine the optimal approach for constructing curriculum plans and ensure the consistent migration of legacy data.

• Organize and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars for large audiences across Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs).

• Guarantee that each customer's curriculum planning needs are fulfilled.

• Assist clients throughout the implementation phase, including conducting user acceptance testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in finance system administration or implementation within school or academy trust finance is essential.

• Proficient Excel skills are required.

• Demonstrated capability to lead sessions with large groups, including training, workshops, and presentations.

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently to keep participants engaged and focused.

• Capacity to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams.

• Enthusiastic with a logical approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in curriculum planning is highly beneficial.

• AAT qualification (qualified, QBE, or part-qualified) is advantageous but not mandatory.
