Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conducting training sessions and providing services to new clients on the complete range of UpdatePromise products

• Offering continued support to current clients post-onboarding

• Developing significant industry connections to maintain existing client relationships and discover potential new clients

• Traveling nationwide to oversee accounts and assist in ensuring their success

• Evaluating data and transforming it into insightful recommendations for training service personnel

• Coaching and training individuals in large groups

• Addressing problems and creatively resolving issues

• Functioning independently with minimal supervision

• Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Reporting directly to Christian Eagon

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in a professional, face-to-face customer service position, preferably in account management or implementation

• Experience with travel related to work

• Proficiency with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems

• Experience in the automotive industry is a notable advantage

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including comfort in speaking with all management levels and producing business-level written correspondence

• Capability to coach and train individuals in large groups

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Quick adaptability to changes in a fast-paced setting

• Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities

• Proficient in troubleshooting problems and creatively solving issues
