Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Educate and support new clients on the complete range of UpdatePromise products.

• Offer ongoing assistance to current clients post-onboarding.

• Cultivate significant industry relationships to maintain existing clients while exploring potential new client opportunities.

• Travel across the country to oversee accounts and contribute to client success.

• Evaluate data and convert it into insightful recommendations for training service personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional, in-person customer service position, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience with travel related to work responsibilities.

• Familiarity with software applications, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning new systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of management and produce business-level documentation.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in large settings.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities.

• Proficient in troubleshooting issues and developing creative solutions.
