Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Educate and support new clients on the comprehensive range of products offered.

• Offer ongoing assistance to current clients post-onboarding.

• Cultivate significant industry connections to maintain existing client relationships and discover potential new clients.

• Travel nationwide to oversee accounts and help ensure client satisfaction and success.

• Evaluate data and convert it into insightful recommendations for training service personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional, face-to-face customer service position, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience involving work-related travel.

• Familiarity with software, including troubleshooting, triaging, and learning software systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in engaging with C-level executives and producing business-level documentation.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in large group settings.

• Self-driven and able to operate with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick learner who can adapt to a dynamic environment and embrace new changes.

• Strong time management and task prioritization abilities.

• Aptitude for troubleshooting and creatively resolving issues.
