Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Provide training and support to new clients on the complete range of UpdatePromise products.

• Offer ongoing assistance to current clients following their onboarding process.

• Establish valuable industry connections to maintain existing client relationships and identify potential new clients.

• Travel across the country to manage accounts and ensure client success.

• Evaluate data and convert it into insightful recommendations for training service personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional in-person customer service setting, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience with work-related travel.

• Proficiency in working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning new systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with comfort in engaging with all levels of management and C-suite executives.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in larger groups.

• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick learner who can adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and new challenges.

• Strong time-management and task prioritization skills.

• Ability to creatively troubleshoot problems and resolve issues.
