• An associate's degree or comparable experience is required.

• Prior experience in a professional face-to-face customer service setting, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.

• Familiarity with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning new software systems.

• Experience within the automotive industry is highly advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage with all levels of management and produce business-level documents.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in larger group settings.

• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick learner who can easily adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent skills in time management and task prioritization.

• Ability to creatively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
