Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Onboard and provide training for new clients on the comprehensive range of UpdatePromise products.

• Offer ongoing support to current clients following their onboarding process.

• Develop valuable relationships within the industry to maintain existing clients and discover potential new ones.

• Travel nationwide to oversee accounts and ensure client success.

• Evaluate data and convert it into insightful recommendations for the training of service personnel.

• Mentor and train individuals in large group settings.

• Address problems and creatively find solutions.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Interact with all management levels, including C-level executives.

• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.

• Professional customer service experience in person, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience with travel related to work.

• Familiarity with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including confidence in speaking with C-level management.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in large groups.

• Self-driven and capable of working with little to no oversight.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick learner who adapts easily to changes in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional time management and task prioritization skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot and creatively resolve issues.
