Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Educate and assist new clients in utilizing the complete range of UpdatePromise products.

• Provide ongoing support to current clients following the onboarding process.

• Establish valuable industry connections to maintain relationships with existing clients and uncover new opportunities.

• Travel nationally to oversee accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

• Assess data and convert it into insightful recommendations for training service staff.

• Facilitate coaching and training sessions for individuals in large groups.

• Address challenges and devise innovative solutions.

• Operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Engage with all levels of management, including C-suite executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional, in-person customer service position, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience involving work-related travel.

• Familiarity with software applications, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning software systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in business-level written communication.

• Comfortable engaging with all management levels, including C-suite executives.

• Capability to coach and instruct individuals in larger groups.

• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment and changes.

• Excellent skills in time management and task prioritization.

• Ability to creatively troubleshoot problems and devise solutions.
