Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Educate and assist new clients on the comprehensive range of UpdatePromise products.

• Offer ongoing support to current clients post-onboarding.

• Cultivate significant industry connections to maintain existing client relationships and discover potential new clients.

• Travel nationwide to oversee accounts and promote client success.

• Evaluate data and convert it into insightful recommendations for training service staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional face-to-face customer service role, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience with work-related travel.

• Proficiency in working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and understanding software systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry is a considerable advantage.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including comfort in discussions with C-level executives and proficiency in business writing.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in large group settings.

• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changes.

• Exceptional time management and task prioritization skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and devise creative solutions.
