Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Educate and assist new clients with the comprehensive range of UpdatePromise products.

• Offer ongoing support to current clients following their onboarding process.

• Develop industry connections to maintain relationships with existing clients and uncover potential new opportunities.

• Travel nationwide to oversee accounts and facilitate client success.

• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for training service staff.

• Mentor and train individuals in larger groups.

• Address and resolve issues through innovative problem-solving.

• Engage with all management levels, including C-suite executives.

• Report directly to Christian Eagon.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional, in-person customer service position, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Familiarity with work-related travel.

• Experience working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and learning new systems.

• Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in business-level writing.

• Comfortable coaching and training large groups of individuals.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities.

• Proven ability to creatively troubleshoot problems and devise solutions.
