Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Educate and support new clients on the comprehensive range of UpdatePromise products.

• Offer ongoing assistance to current clients following the onboarding process.

• Establish strong industry connections to maintain existing client relationships and discover potential new clients.

• Travel nationwide to oversee accounts and facilitate client success.

• Evaluate data and convert it into insightful recommendations for training service personnel.

• Mentor and instruct individuals in large group settings.

• Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems with innovative solutions.

• Engage with all levels of management, including C-suite executives.

• Operate autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• Background in a professional in-person customer service position, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Experience involving work-related travel.

• Proficiency in working with software, including troubleshooting, triage, and system learning.

• Experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including business-level writing proficiency.

• Comfortable with coaching and training individuals in larger group settings.

• Self-driven and capable of operating with minimal supervision.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

• Strong skills in time management and task prioritization.

• Capable of creatively resolving issues and troubleshooting problems.
