Implementation Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Onboarding and training new clients on the complete range of products.

• Offering ongoing support to established clients after they are fully integrated.

• Cultivating significant industry relationships to maintain current clients and identify new opportunities.

• Traveling across the country to oversee accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

• Evaluating data and converting it into insightful recommendations for training service staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate's degree or comparable experience.

• Proven experience in a professional, face-to-face customer service position, preferably in account management or implementation.

• Background in work-related travel.

• Proficiency in software, including troubleshooting, triage, and familiarization with software systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interacting with C-level executives.

• Capability to coach and train individuals in large groups.

• Self-driven and able to operate with minimal to no supervision.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Quick to learn and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities.

• Aptitude for troubleshooting and creatively resolving issues.
