Implementation Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Welcome and assist clients in navigating Safeguard Global’s products, services, and the implementation process.

• Take ownership of implementation projects, managing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and providing status updates.

• Facilitate onboarding activities among internal teams and external partners.

• Aid in EOR and straightforward Managed Services implementations, encompassing Payroll, HR/Benefits, Accounting, and Entity Management.

• Lead technology setup and conduct platform training sessions for clients.

• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Ensure accurate go-live forecasting and maintain proactive communication with clients.

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Client Success teams to guarantee seamless transitions, successful handovers, and high levels of client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or client success roles.

• Basic knowledge of EOR, global employment, payroll, HR, or Managed Services.

• Strong skills in project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional relationships effectively.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on client needs.

• Ability to adhere to established processes, identify risks, solve problems, and escalate issues when necessary.
