This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare for and lead kickoff meetings with new TPA or employer clients to gather requirements and facilitate discovery.

• Support clients in conducting impact analysis to identify suitable implementation requirements.

• Document requirements using standard project templates and tools, securing client approval prior to the commencement of builds.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive high-level project plans.

• Track project progress and communicate status, changes, requirements, and potential issues to management, subject matter experts, and clients through weekly status reports.

• Address escalated client, member, and project issues by providing direct support or consulting with Navitus subject matter experts.

• Offer go-live assistance via remote access or internal on-site access, which includes working on January 1 and other non-business days as necessary.

• Organize post-implementation review meetings.

• Assist with various client-related and internal department projects that require project management services.

• Travel to client locations as required.

• Lead and contribute to achieving team objectives.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• A valid State Driver’s License and a current Automobile Insurance Policy are required.

• At least 2 years of experience in client-facing management roles within the healthcare sector; experience in the PBM industry is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in managing implementations successfully.

• A solid understanding of Commercial/Employer Groups.

• Proficient in project management tools, including Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Actively participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently engage cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

• Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming are not eligible for remote work.
