This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and implement 12-week projects (including installation and configuration, as well as unit and integration testing), followed by a 30-day hypercare period, incorporating a RACI matrix, timeline, risk assessment, and phase-specific acceptance criteria.
• Oversee 3 to 7 simultaneous implementations, appropriately assigning functional consultants (MM, FI, Oracle, Protheus) and ABAP engineering resources based on availability.
• Manage the contracted hours package (including project work, additional development, and support), transforming out-of-scope requests into change orders with clear scope, hours, and pricing.
• Act as the main executive contact for clients: facilitate weekly steering committees, deliver status reports, and align expectations with stakeholders from Tax, IT, and Finance departments.
• Address client prerequisites (such as master data cleansing, environment setup, access, and settlement bank) proactively to prevent any potential blockers.
• Organize user acceptance testing, transition processes, and the initial assisted tax assessment cycle in collaboration with the client and SERPRO’s public platform.
• Compile lessons learned into a reusable implementation playbook and assist in presales activities by providing effort estimates.
• Extensive experience in managing ERP projects (such as SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS), with a minimum of 3 complete implementations or rollouts under your oversight.
• Background in projects that significantly involve tax or finance aspects (including Brazil localization, electronic invoicing, accounts payable, and tax assessment).
• Understanding of the implications of Brazil’s Tax Reform (IBS/CBS, Split Payment, Buyer Collection, and the transition from 2026 to 2033) adequate for engaging in discussions with the client’s Tax Director.
• Ability to manage a multi-client portfolio, including oversight of hours, margins, and project scope.
• Proficient in executive-level communication in Portuguese: delivering concise status updates, documenting decisions, and managing conflicts early.
• Experience in a product or SaaS company utilizing a standardized implementation model.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations between ERP systems and external platforms.
