This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of 20–25 concurrent projects of standard to moderate complexity, with implementation timelines ranging from 4 to 16 weeks.
• Take ownership and drive the complete execution of project plans for medium-to-high complexity engagements led by Workiva.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal project teams.
• Ensure communication is clear, concise, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Manage all project documentation, which includes project plans, status reports, risk logs, and budgets.
• Monitor and address project-level risks and issues, escalating them when necessary.
• Assist in resolving customer escalations with guidance from leadership as needed.
• Facilitate standard project change requests and manage expectations within the defined scope.
• Share best practices, lessons learned, and foundational knowledge across project teams or functional groups.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly required (Business level).
• Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred or highly desirable.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven experience in independently managing stakeholders and resolving customer escalations.
• Commercial acumen with a background in complex scopes, budgets, and multi-party delivery models.
• Capability to independently manage a fast-paced portfolio and the complete lifecycle of assigned projects.
• Ability to gain the trust of key sponsors and stakeholders and to resolve conflicts at the project level.
• Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and shifting between different project types, solution areas, and support needs.
• Competence in applying implementation methodologies, such as Workiva methodology.
• Proficient with project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
• Reliable internet access while working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
