
Implementation Project Manager β Spanish Preferred

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of 20β25 concurrent projects of standard to complex nature, with implementation timelines ranging from 4 to 16 weeks.
β’ Take ownership of and drive the complete execution of project plans for medium to high size and complexity engagements led by Workiva.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for both customers and internal project teams.
β’ Ensure stakeholder communication is clear, concise, and timely.
β’ Manage project plans, status updates, risk logs, and budgets effectively.
β’ Monitor and address project-level risks and issues, escalating them when necessary.
β’ Assist in resolving customer escalations with guidance from leadership as needed.
β’ Facilitate standard project change requests and manage expectations within the project scope.
β’ Share best practices, lessons learned, and foundational knowledge with the project team or functional group.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or a comparable combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred at a business level.
β’ Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
β’ Possession of a PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred or highly desirable.
β’ Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Proven experience in independently managing stakeholders and addressing customer escalations.
β’ Strong commercial acumen related to complex scopes, budgets, and multi-party delivery models.
β’ Capability to independently manage a fast-paced project portfolio and the full lifecycle of assigned projects.
β’ Ability to gain the trust of sponsors and stakeholders and navigate project-level conflicts effectively.
β’ Competency in navigating ambiguity across various project types, solution areas, and support requirements.
β’ Proficiency in applying implementation methodologies, such as Workiva methodology.
β’ Familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet and Jira.
β’ Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
β’ Access to reliable internet while working remotely and not located in a Workiva office.
β’ Minimal travel required for internal meetings.
β’ Access to reliable internet for remote work.
