Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Informatics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of significant, customer-oriented Radiology Informatics projects.

• Manage project scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources effectively.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, including senior executives.

• Lead cross-functional project teams along with external partners.

• Track project financial performance, including forecasting and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure compliance with delivery processes and provide an outstanding customer experience.

• Aid in resource planning and contribute to ongoing enhancements within the regional project management community.

• Report to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Project Management Leader for Central Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience as a Customer Project Manager, ideally in healthcare IT, Radiology Informatics, PACS/RIS, clinical workflows, or complex software implementation settings.

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate, multi-stakeholder projects, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, risks, change requests, and communication with executive customers.

• Leadership experience extending beyond personal projects, such as mentoring, community leadership, process improvement, KPI management, or establishing project management best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.

• Openness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• A recognized project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent credential is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of the German language is advantageous.
