Implementation Project Manager – Radiology Informatics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of significant, customer-facing Radiology Informatics initiatives.

• Manage the project's scope, budget, timeline, quality, risks, and resources effectively.

• Foster trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, including senior management.

• Lead cross-functional project teams along with external collaborators.

• Track project financial performance, including forecasting and achievement of KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with delivery processes while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist in resource planning and contribute to ongoing enhancements within the regional project management community.

• Report directly to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Project Management Leader for Central Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience as a Customer Project Manager, ideally within healthcare IT, Radiology Informatics, PACS/RIS, clinical workflow, or other intricate software implementation settings.

• Demonstrated ability in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, including oversight of scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, resources, risks, change requests, and executive-level customer communication.

• Proven leadership experience that extends beyond individual projects, such as mentoring, community leadership, process enhancements, KPI management, or establishing project management best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.

• Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time.

• A recognized project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
