This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the comprehensive delivery of MeridianLink Mortgage LOS, POS, and core banking system integration implementations for both new and existing clients.
β’ Oversee implementations from project initiation through testing, go-live, and transition to support.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
β’ Strategically plan projects, managing customer communications, risks, escalations, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and objectives.
β’ Assess project scope defined by contractual agreements and manage implementation tasks against established timelines.
β’ Foster accountability among customers and MeridianLink project resources.
β’ Schedule and facilitate milestone meetings, which include project kick-off, project charter review, and project closure.
β’ Develop and uphold project plans, resource allocations, milestones, and timelines using approved tools, including Smartsheet.
β’ Monitor deliverables, action items, dependencies, and readiness activities.
β’ Coordinate the resolution of escalations with cross-functional resources and leadership.
β’ Align project activities with Implementation Analysts and other cross-functional MeridianLink resources.
β’ Track implementation-related cases and project administration in approved systems, including Salesforce.
β’ Provide regular updates on project status, portfolio health, and escalation to Services Program Management.
β’ Maintain project management procedures, templates, and operational documentation while recommending process enhancements.
β’ Report to the Manager of Services Program Management.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
β’ Demonstrated skill in managing customer expectations, facilitating change management, identifying and communicating project risks, and effectively communicating both verbally and in writing with customers and internal stakeholders.
β’ Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to keep accurate project plans, documentation, action items, and status reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment, adapting to changing priorities, project demands, and business requirements.
β’ 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in leading enterprise software deployments (preferred).
β’ Experience with enterprise project management tools; familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of the mortgage industry, mortgage origination software, or financial technology solutions is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
β’ Experience with integrating AI-powered tools, such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot, into project management, customer communication, documentation, or operational workflows is a plus.
β’ Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the hiring process.
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States; the employment application will inquire whether sponsorship is needed.
