This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage a substantial portfolio of active employer onboardings independently across designated partners and implementation types.
• Convert business and partner goals into actionable project strategies with quantifiable objectives.
• Oversee the onboarding process from preparation and facilitation of kickoff meetings to vendor coordination, tracking data delivery, managing go-live processes, and transitioning to Client Experience.
• Track project metrics and milestones to assess progress and delivery efficiency.
• Keep precise project records utilizing Zoho, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Update internal leadership on project and book-of-business progress, highlighting risks and trends.
• Establish and nurture proactive partner relationships throughout the onboarding process.
• Conduct stakeholder updates, facilitate kickoff calls, and manage internal transitions.
• Address partner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Recognize, document, escalate, and effectively resolve issues independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle dependencies and eliminate obstacles.
• Participate in discussions on processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvements.
• Enhance executive presentation abilities for career advancement towards Senior PM and Lead PM positions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years in project management or client implementation roles.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of simultaneous client projects.
• Experience in managing projects and engaging in client-facing roles with direct interaction among various stakeholder levels.
• Capability to establish and sustain internal and external professional relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Zoho, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
• Skilled at managing escalations independently, identifying root causes, and facilitating issue resolutions.
• Comfortable collaborating with analysts to prioritize tasks and manage escalations.
• Inquisitive and quick to learn, especially regarding new technologies and processes.
• Self-driven, detail-focused, and adept at juggling competing priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
• Previous experience in healthcare IT, benefits consulting, insurance, or the health sector is a plus.
• Background in SaaS implementation, data analytics, or other fast-paced, growth-oriented environments is advantageous.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a bonus.
