Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee client interactions and work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of technology transfer software.

• Handle multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Set up Wellspring’s software system and facilitate the transition of client data during enterprise software implementations.

• Partner with clients, business development, and project managers from the planning stage through to execution and system delivery.

• Conduct basic Salesforce configurations, including managing permissions, fields, and data imports.

• Oversee data migration processes in collaboration with internal teams.

• Collect client requirements and convert them into actionable solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve software configuration and data reconciliation challenges.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.

• Deliver client training and produce documentation on software features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

• Experience with Salesforce, including configurations, customizations, and training.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.

• A background in Project Management is preferred, especially with PMP certifications.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills are essential.

• 2-4 years of experience as a solution consultant, data analyst, or leading enterprise software implementations.

• Capability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Experience in the B2B software industry.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Experience in providing solutions for academic institutions, research hospitals, or industrial R&D is preferred.
