Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of intricate, multi-month deployments from start to finish across various health systems.

• Oversee timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and ensure timely go-lives.

• Provide guidance to C-suite executives, nursing leaders, and operational stakeholders regarding labor planning and staffing transformation.

• Align stakeholders from nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, PMO, labor relations, and legal departments.

• Create and enhance deployment playbooks tailored for academic medical centers and complex, multi-union health systems.

• Establish a reliable launch process for new system integrations, including greenfield HRIS and payroll implementations.

• Collaborate with GTM and Customer Success teams on workflows, tools, and processes that foster long-term client success.

• Work together with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on new product lines and initiatives aimed at expanding ARR growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Effective communication skills suitable for engaging a range of audiences from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives.

• Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional deployments from the planning stage to go-live.

• Ability to foresee risks, prioritize tasks, and provide structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Established credibility when partnering with nurses, physicians, and hospital staff in a consulting capacity.

• Experience in change management, including fostering buy-in and facilitating the adoption of new working methods.

• Strong sense of ownership and proactive initiative.

• Capability to work remotely within the US or at the San Francisco headquarters.

• Willingness to travel approximately 40% to customer sites throughout the year.
