Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a team member alongside Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engineers, and various cross-functional teams.

• Engage directly with customers and prospects to outline project scope.

• Create project plans for both standard and custom initiatives.

• Oversee the designated project portfolio.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, challenges, and risks.

• Monitor project KPIs and work efforts.

• Provide reports at both project and portfolio levels.

• Manage customer expectations effectively.

• Offer support with project plan inquiries for less experienced team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.

• Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment.

• Familiarity with managing projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

• A strong history of successful project delivery.

• Proficient in using SaaS-based project management tools, including Jira, DevRev, Project Management Tools, and OnRamp.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Experience in delivering complex implementations to both SMB and Enterprise markets.

• Strong resilience and the ability to influence others.

• PMI/PMP or Agile certification is preferred.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, turning ambiguity into clarity, meeting tight deadlines, and making calculated risks.
